The App may include advertisements. Ads may be served by third parties such as Google AdMob and Unity Ads. You understand that ads may be accompanied by tracking or analytics used to deliver and measure ad performance.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smiley Pixel Studio and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
